Dedicated Unit for Corporate Integrity Management
Information on the Operation of the Company's Dedicated Unit for Corporate Integrity Management:
To strengthen the management of corporate integrity and establish a corporate culture of ethical business practices, the Company has referred to the Code of Ethical Management for TWSE/TPEx Listed Companies. The Board of Directors approved revisions to the Code of Ethical Management and the Procedures for Ethical Management and Guidelines for Conduct in 2019 and 2020, respectively, to clearly define the Company's policies and practices regarding ethical management.
When performing their duties, members of the Board of Directors and senior management uphold the principle of integrity as the foundation for supervising all business operations, with the aim of creating a sustainable business environment.
The unit responsible for promoting corporate integrity management is the Office of the Chairman, which coordinates the formulation of integrity management policies and preventive measures against unethical conduct, and oversees their implementation. The unit reports the status of implementation to the Board of Directors annually to assist the Board in evaluating the effectiveness of the Company's preventive mechanisms. On February 20, 2025, the Board of Directors completed the review of the 2024 Corporate Integrity Management Implementation Report, which has been uploaded to the Company's website to provide transparency regarding the Company's integrity management practices.

(1) Formulation and Review of Policies Related to Ethical Management: The Company has established the Code of Ethical Management and the Procedures for Ethical Management and Guidelines for Conduct, which clearly prohibit the acceptance of any improper benefits or engagement in unethical or illegal conduct. These internal regulations are periodically reviewed and revised by the Legal Compliance Department, taking into account changes in external regulations as well as the results of internal monitoring and enforcement.

The Company has established and announced an internal whistleblowing mailbox and hotline on both the Company website and internal intranet to encourage employees and external parties to report unethical or improper conduct. Anonymous reporting is permitted, and the identity of the whistleblower as well as the content of the report are kept strictly confidential. Any violations of the Company’s ethical management policies will be addressed appropriately based on the severity of the case.
