Prosecutorial authority searched the offices of Chang Wah Electromaterials Inc. in the morning on June 16, regarding concerns over the additional acquisition of a formerly listed technology company in 2020 that may take place during the insider trading period.
We will fully cooperate with the investigation. However, we want to emphasize that this incident has no significant impact on our business and financial operations. The Company and its affiliates within the Group continue to operate normally.
