檢調單位於 16 日早上至本公司(長華電材)進行搜索調查，針對本公司於 2020 年增加取得原投資某前掛牌科技公司股票涉及內線交易之期間認定持有疑慮。本公司將全力配合調查，但此事件對本公司之業務及財務並無重大影響，本公司及其所屬集團營運一切正常。
Authorities conducted a search and investigation at our company (CWE) on the morning of June 16th, 2023, regarding concerns raised about our company's holdings during the year of 2020 when we acquired shares of a previously listed technology company, which may involve insider trading.
We will fully cooperate with the investigation. However, we want to emphasize that this incident has no significant impact on our business and finances. Our company and its affiliated group continue to operate as usual.
