Canon Huang, President of the Company, was ruled to be detained without visitation by the Taiwan Kaohsiung District Court on July 11, 2023. He has engaged lawyers to appeal against the ruling.
The aforementioned case is not associated with the Company’s operations. The Company and its affiliates within the Group continue to operate unaffectedly under the guidance of professional management team.
