本公司黃嘉能總經理於 2023 年 7 月 11 日經高雄地方法院裁定羈押禁見。黃嘉能總經理已委託律師就該裁定進行抗告。
上開案件不涉及本公司營運，本公司及所屬集團相關營運仍由本公司專業經理人團隊維持正常運作，不受影響。
Mr. Canon Huang, the CEO of the Company (CWE) was ruled to be detained and denied visitation by the Kaohsiung District Court on July 11, 2023. Mr. Canon Huang has engaged lawyers to appeal against this ruling.
The aforementioned case does not involve the Company's operations. The day-to-day operations of the Company and its affiliated group continue to function normally under the management of the Company’s professional executive team and remain unaffected.
